Lance Star and the Ghost Squadron chapter 2 is now live in The Beam and on Patreon!

When an old pilot buddy calls him for help, Lance Star flies out immediately to investigate the mysterious Ghost Squadron.

Lance Star: Sky Ranger takes flight. This 12 part serialized story was commissioned by The Beam, a newspaper insert in south Georgia. New installments will run each month, making this a 12 chapter story. With The Beam's kind permission, I will also be sharing the serialized pulp adventure on Patreon as well. You can read it HERE.

WHEN THE CHARACTERS TALK... I LISTEN.

I do some of my best writing in the car. Not the physical part, mind you. That's a headache. No. My characters start talking to each other, playing out scenes while I'm on the road. Then, I scramble to write them down while they're fresh in my head when I reach my destination (or I pull over to get them down before I forget). This happened today. I wrote around 600 words on my phone of a scene that played out in my brain on the way home from the grocery store. #WriterProblems, am I right? :)

SPOTTED IN THE WILD! LANCE STAR AND THE GHOST SQUADRON LAUNCHES IN THE BEAM!

 

The first chapter of the all-new Lance Star: Sky Ranger serialized story, Lance Star and the Ghost Squadron runs in Spotlight Media GA's The Beam. It's been quite exciting seeing photos of it in the wild with my story front and center. For those not in South Georgia, where The Beam is distributed, "Lance Star and The Ghost Squadron" will also run on Patreon HERE beginning Friday.

I'll be at The Zone Collectibles and More in Tifton, GA on Saturday October the 28th from Noon-5pm for their 6th Annual Halloween Comic Spooktacular. They will have copies of The October Issue of The Beam for me to sign for free. I'll also be doing sketches.
